Dial Communications has been providing telephone service to Ben E. Keith Company's Corporate Office since 1989. Throughout the years, we have had two telephone systems. The first Toshiba system served us well for many years, and due to the attentive service we received from Dial, in 2004, we upgraded to our present system, the Toshiba XTX670 with the IES32 Voice Mail System.

We have been very pleased with our new system. It is very dynamic and allows us the flexibility to administer changes ourselves, such as adding and deleting users, moving telephone stations, setting up company speed dials, and making small changes to voicemail. This has enabled us to save costs in service calls by being able to do this type of work ourselves. However, when it comes to the more complicated, technical features, we leave that to the professionals at Dial Communications.

As a $2 billion company, Ben E. Keith Company's communication equipment is of the utmost importance to us. The Corporate Office provides accounting, credit, human resources, risk management, legal and information technology services to our company, and must be able to stay in constant contact with our 14 branches throughout a five state region. Keeping our telephone equipment up and running is vital to us.

We engaged the services of Dial Communications in December 2010 when we needed to move our office location due to rapid growth and reconsider the phone system we were using.

Dial's bid was very competitive and we determined that the Toshiba CIX670 would best meet our office needs. The move needed to be accomplished in an extremely short time frame and Dial's technicians worked around the clock to ensure that we would be up and running in our new locaiton by our deadline.

Not only have we been extremely satisfied with our new phone system, but more importantly our technician, Mike Koerner, is first-class. Mike always makes himself available to answer any questions - whether by phone or in person. He has a very pleasant demeanor, is very knowledgeable, and patiently explains everything to us. If we need Mike to come into the office, we can always rely on him to be there in a timely manner. Additionally, he took the time to give us all comprehensive phone training, which was something we did not experience with our previous telecommunications company.

In April 2004, we at Autobahn were at a crossroads with our Toshiba phone system. We have been through several “Certified Toshiba Authorized Repair” contractors who either couldn't fix our problems permanently or the “fix” cost just as much as replacing the whole system. Currently, we produce almost a million dollars per day in sales, so you can understand how important our phone systems are to us!

We were at the point of taking bids from other vendors that offered solutions other than Toshiba, when I told about Dial Communications. We had a large investment in our phone system, so I thought I would give another vendor one more try, and it turned out that Dial Communications is now one of our best assets to our corporation.

Some of the problems they straightened out were getting all of our trunk lines working correctly, putting in isolation devices to keep our Telephone System cards from blowing out and a lot of training with our staff on how to correctly use the system. We went from a system that we knew every week it would go down to a system that has been solid ever since!

I would recommend them for your phone needs. They have a thorough understanding of taking care of the customer the first time. This is the first company I have ever dealt with that will actually call you if they are running a little late! Prior companies, I was lucky if they shown up in the same week!
